The school provides systematic football training to help aspiring
players reach professional standards. Football – Coimbatore Sahodaya
Inter-District Achievements
A Professional Football Coaching Programme is conducted on campus under
the guidance of experienced coaches who monitor and evaluate every student’s Winners 2010, 2011
performance.
UNDER-19 GIRLS
Runners 2009, 2012, 2013
Students regularly participate in competitive and friendly matches
against reputed teams, gaining valuable exposure and match
experience.
Winners 2015, 2017, 2019
Promising players are given special opportunities to represent the Under-14 Boys
school at higher-level tournaments.

Training sessions are held morning and evening, totaling around two
hours per day, six days a week.

Students also receive Sports Science support, including strength and
condi�oning, nutri�on guidance, and injury preven�on techniques
Regular fitness and weight training sessions are integrated into the
sports curriculum to enhance endurance, agility, and performance
