SWIMMING                                                                                                              ACHIEVEMENTS






            Swimming offers a complete body workout while keeping the                                                             Nikhil Narayana S. N. bagged the Individual Championship title at the

            width, with a variable depth ranging from 3 to 6 feet, ideal for
            both beginners and competitive training.

            Each student enjoys 2.5 hours of structured swimming training
            per week under professional supervision.

            Qualified  and  certified  instructors  provide  expert  coaching
            and ensure safety, hygiene, and proper pool maintenance at
            all times.





            Swimming  helps  build  endurance,  strength,  and  flexibility,
            while  also  enhancing  lung  capacity  and  cardiovascular
            fitness.






            Regular swimming sessions instill discipline, focus, and water
            confidence among students.







            The activity also reduces stress, boosts mood, and promotes
            overall well-being.
